I have PCOS. Can you give some recommendations of food to eat for each meal?

Actually, it is not hard to choose your meal, for PCOS. You can just follow the concept of ""Suku Suku Separuh"" - which represents the balanced amount of food for each meal. (Quarter, quarter & half portion)
- The first quarter represents the amount of protein, advisable for one palm size of a chicken, fish, or tofu
- The other quarter, with one small bowl of wholegrain-like brown rice or pasta, even two slices of wholegrain bread. - as the source of carbohydrate
- The half goes for fruits and vegetables - either a bowl of salad, two cups of cooked vegetables. make it as colorful as possible
- for side, just have another serving of fruit
So these are actually very balanced and nutritious meals for you. So try to follow this guideline for every meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
