LUMIROUS Women's Health Pop-Up Event 2022
LUMIROUS has successfully organised its very first LUMIROUS Women's Health Pop-Up Event 2022. The event took place at APW Bangsar, on 11 December 2022. Around 400 attendees attended the event. Majority of the attendees are women between the age of 20 to 45 years old. All the attendees got to enjoy special promotions as well as product samples from each brand at the event.
In general, women in Malaysia have less awareness about women's health. One of the common issues that affect women's well-being, fertility potential, and quality of life is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), over 116 million women around the world are affected from PCOS. Statistics show that 1 in every 10 women are suffering from PCOS and yet many of them are not aware that they have the syndrome. Hence, the event was organised with the sole purpose of raising the public's awareness of women's health and well-being.
There were around 30 brands, as well as fertility centres, took part in the event. A variety of products, ranging from period underwear, lingerie, essential oil, supplements, menstrual cups, to juice were made available at the event. The brands which took part in the event were:

In conjunction with its first women's health pop-up event, LUMIROUS produced and printed a special edition of its newsletters - Women's Health Pop-Up Event Newsletter (Special Edition) for all the attendees of the event. The newsletter contained articles about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), infertility, DNA test and fertility diet to raise awareness of women's health and overall well-being.
Free goodies such as YourGutt prebiotics, essential oil, and vouchers, which were sponsored by several brands, were given to the attendees of the event as a token of appreciation.
Special display booths were set up at the event to introduce women's healthcare products such as menstrual cups, organic sanitary pads, sleeping patches, and breast masks to the attendees. The brands which took part in this were:
